SALARY
- Basic salary of £22,600
- Average Bonus monthly
- Average earners make £200- £300 per month increasing your salary to £27,000
The Role as a Call Centre Agent will include
- As a Call Centre Agent, you will be receiving calls from existing customer
- Providing general customer support
- As a Call Centre Agent, you will be speaking to customers about their current packages and any issues they are facing

- Experience in retail, sales or customer service
- have the ability to handle rejection and remain resilient throughout the day
- You must be able to deliver a top-quality customer service and ensure the best outcome for the customer
- The ability to hold conversation will people of all ages and backgrounds and can easily build rapport with customers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,600.00-£28,000.00 per year
