Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a 'can do' attitude to work with us on a part time, flexible basis, 15-20 hours a week across 5 days. This role will be hybrid, working part in the office based in Shipley, Bradford, and part from home.
Your role will involve answer incoming calls from customers who want book appointments and additional services with some outbound calling also (no cold calling). Troubleshoot customer service problems and provide general information supporting customers with their enquiries.
As part of a team, you will enjoy helping people, ensuring everyone receives a professional, efficient and considerate customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming and making outbound calls (no cold calling)
- Booking appointments & additional services for customers
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Other duties as assigned
- To schedule and prioritise allocated work daily.
- Support line management on any additional admin when required.
- Ensure deadlines are met.
Essential Skills
- Call centre experience preferred
- Confident phone manner
- Customer service experience
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
- Effective team player, who constantly displays commitment and flexibility.
- Accurate and timely delivery of tasks
- Excellent organisational skills
