Collective group of Taxi and Chauffeur companies based around Cheshire West and Chester
Call centre staff required for immediate start in our Taxi Booking office. The role will provide a great opportunity to use excellent sales/admin skills, speedy data entry, excellent spoken English and a clear telephone and personal manner.
All necessary training provided.
Duties:
- Answering telephone calls
- Inputting details into our advanced computerised system
- Providing quotations to customers
- Dealing with bookings and enquiries
- Dealing with customers
- Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
Key skills and competencies required:
- Must have excellent communication skills and have a professional manner
- Good written communication, computer skills
- Good geographical knowledge of Chester & surrounding areas preferred
- Able to work variable hours including evenings & weekends
- Experience in a call centre or sales is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexible work ethic polite manner and well spoken
- Self- motivated
- Good time keeping
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: From £9.50 per hour
