Collective group of Taxi and Chauffeur companies based around Cheshire West and Chester

Call centre staff required for immediate start in our Taxi Booking office. The role will provide a great opportunity to use excellent sales/admin skills, speedy data entry, excellent spoken English and a clear telephone and personal manner.

All necessary training provided.

Duties:

• Answering telephone calls
• Inputting details into our advanced computerised system
• Providing quotations to customers
• Dealing with bookings and enquiries
• Dealing with customers
• Delivering a high level of customer service at all times

Key skills and competencies required:

• Must have excellent communication skills and have a professional manner
• Good written communication, computer skills
• Good geographical knowledge of Chester & surrounding areas preferred
• Able to work variable hours including evenings & weekends
• Experience in a call centre or sales is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible work ethic polite manner and well spoken
• Self- motivated
• Good time keeping

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: From £9.50 per hour
