Job brief;
We are looking for enthusiastic Telemarketers to help us generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. All telemarketers will speak to potential customers and use their persuasive sales techniques combined with product knowledge to covert leads into sales.
The key qualities we look for in people are patience, being able to work in a fast-paced environment, friendly and able to work as part of a team.
The goal is to promote business growth and expand the company’s clientele.
Our telemarketer responsibilities include:
- Cold calling people using a given a list of phone numbers to sell products or services
- Answering incoming calls from potential customers
- Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present the benefits for each client we represent
- Ask different questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Using persuasion so that the customer is motivated to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system carefully
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep logs of calls and sales and record useful information
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
