We are looking to hire a call centre advisor for an industry leading utilities provider. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation with great training and development opportunities and permanent employment for the right candidate.
ROLE: Call Centre Advisor
PAY RATE: £470 a week (PRE-TAX)
JOB TYPE: Temporary ongoing (minimum 3 MONTHS but permanent likely)
LOCATION: Portsmouth (Office Based)
HOURS: Monday to Friday 9-5 or 8-4
THE ROLE
- You will be working in the connections team who are the first point of contact for customer wishing to have a new electricity connection, increase the size of their existing connection, install generation, or move the equipment supplying their property.
- You will also speak to many customers regarding other general engineering enquiries and take payments for all chargeable works.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Must have a high level of accuracy & compliance and be IT literate as will be using multiple systems
- High organisational Skills
- Skills to manage own workload
- The ability to work to/meet deadlines
- Experienced with working in fast paced environments.
