Job Summary:
Rich Hearts, LLC is a virtual call center and we are looking for full-time and part-time Customer Service Reps to join our team! The CSR will be responsible for ensuring that the customer experience is outstanding and meets or exceeds the client's expectations. This position requires a high level of phone presence, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
This is a 1099 position with NO benefits. You will make your own schedule based on your life!
You MUST have your own computer equipment as the equipment is NOT provided.
Essential Duties:
- Develop a close relationship with customers to ensure a smooth, successful experience
- Engage in phone conversations with customers to ensure a successful experience with the product or service
- Listening, understanding, and providing information necessary to resolve problems or grievances
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Document activity in the customer's record and ensure they are satisfied with the experience
- Suggest additional products or services to further enhance the customer experience
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered by the company and promote those products or services
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Strong listening skills and great attention to detail
·Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, and working closely with others
·Ability to use various computer applications which includes, but is not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet browser – Windows, Mac OS X, E-commerce experience a plus
·Ability to learn quickly and follow-through on multiple tasks at one time
·Self-motivated with an ability to work independently
