The Role:

· Front of counter delivery of food and drink to customers including the operation of barista coffee machines and cooking appliances such as pizza ovens and merry chefs.

· Operation of chip and pin machines and an EPOS cash till including the handling of cash payments.

· Keeping the counter and storage areas clear, well-organised and easy to use.

· Keeping the ground floor and mezzanine café and viewing areas clear and tidy with table routinely cleared and cleaned in accordance with operational procedures.

· Keeping all F&B areas clean, tidy, and cleaned in accordance with operational procedures.

· Raising any maintenance or significant cleaning issues to the Café Manager.

· Ensuring that a personal full understanding is maintained about menus, offers and other operational information.

· Assisting in the delivery of parties or other events as directed by the Café Manager.

· Promoting and practising relevant health and safety and food hygiene standards.

· Assisting the café Manager in maintaining effective stock control, storage and rotation to minimise wastage.

· Adhere to the Company Health & Safety Policy and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the safety of customers and staff.

· To undertake any other duties as deemed necessary to assist in the day to day running of the park.

· The hours of work include weekends although may include some midweek and evening shifts. day times and evenings.

The Person:

· Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen.

· An outgoing personality, can-do attitude and awesome customer service skills

· You can think quickly, react to and handle situations calmly and responsibly

· You can think quickly, react to difficult, pressurised situations whilst acting calmly and responsibly.

· You have competent administrative and numeracy skills and are computer literate

· Available to work weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £5.28-£10.42 per hour
