Hours: Full and part time hours working flexibly Monday to Sunday. (To be discussed at interview) Minimum 16 hours.

We have a unique role working as a Cafe Support Worker at our Social Enterprise community café in Horsforth, Leeds. You will be working in 3 services located at one location, including our Café, Creativities day centre, and our supported Living Apartments.
At our community café in Horsforth, Leeds you will support people with learning disabilities, encouraging and empowering them to develop skills and confidence in a busy and vibrant work setting.
The Role:
· You will work alongside support users to experience employment and community involvement,
· To prepare healthy, high quality food/drinks and maintain food hygiene and health and safety,
· To work alongside the wider team and offer practical and emotional support to members as required,
· To ensure the efficient general running of the service.
Full and part time hours available to be worked flexibly Monday to Sunday 24/7, part time hours subject to a minimum of 16 hours per week. We would expect staff to be able to work evenings, sleeps and weekends.
