Job description
We are looking for a Cafe Staff Member (18+) to join our team at Jump Adventure. Do you love working in the leisure industry as part of a team while providing the best customer experience possible?
As part of the Cafe team, you will be trained to confidently work in the cafe area within the trampoline park. You will also be required to assist other departments when needed. You will be expected to:
- Deliver exceptional customer engagement and service
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure an effective system
- You will be trained on our booking and POS software in both the cafe and reception, and will be responsible serving customers and occasionally checking in customers at reception when required.
- Making freshly grounded coffee and other hot drinks
- Food handling, preparing and cooking food
- A first point of contact for participants
- Good knowledge of the menu
- POS transactions
- Cash handling
- Dealing with inquiries and queries
- Some call handling may be required
You will also be required to assist where necessary in the day to day duties of the park. You will be 100% committed to customer safety and satisfaction. You must thrive in a high energy environment to consistently deliver an awesome experience.
This position requires a valid Food Hygiene Certificate and applicants must be 18+.
There will be extra hours for court monitors/party host
Hours will involve Weekday and Weekends.
Salary: Minimum Wage
Extra Hours are available during half term and summer holidays
Job Type: Zero hours contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: £6.83-£9.81 per hour
