What You Bring:

• General Manager or Assistant Manager experience, with a proven track record of leading and developing a team: We're looking for a natural leader with experience in managing and motivating teams. Your ability to lead by example and inspire others is crucial to our success.
• Previous hospitality experience, with a strong commitment to high standards and health and safety practices: Our customers deserve the best, and we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Your previous experience in the hospitality industry and commitment to excellence will ensure our customers' satisfaction.
• Strong administrative skills, including the ability to manage GP's, sales targets, stock levels, staff rotas, and holiday requests: As a Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the store's operations. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure smooth operations and maximize profitability.
• Flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekdays and weekends: Our store operates during weekdays and weekends, and your flexibility to work different shifts is essential. Your dedication and commitment to providing exceptional customer service will contribute to our store's success.
• Level 2 & 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (Preferred): Food safety is of utmost importance to us. Holding a Level 2 & 3 Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred, as it demonstrates your knowledge and commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for our customers.

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
