Job description
We are looking for a enthusiastic individual to come and join our team in our Potting Shed Cafe.
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience in a similar position and be willing to learn further.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
- Serving customers on the till as well as making and serving of beverages.
- Providing an excellent customer experience with a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Assisting the team in washing up, clearing tables and general cleaning of the cafe.
- Restocking and stock control of all front of house items.
Thrift Farm operates as a open activity farm with a range of farm animals. There is also a garden center and prides it self in a great adult social care program. Being a family friendly establishment our busiest times are during the holiday periods, with keen ambition to grow our term offering which the right candidate will be part.
All team are required to work one day at the weekend, and must be flexible with their working days with all team fitting around each other.
Training is provided on shift, but previous experience would be ideal but not required. There is no public transport stops near the farm and so the candidate will need to arrange personal transport to get to and from work.
