Mjölk (meaning 'Milk' in Swedish) was born in 2020, with the goal of bringing a little Scandinavian culture to the heart of Bath. We offer a wide range of Scandinavian food & treats as well as coffee & drinks from all over the Nordics.

We are looking for those who love to provide attentive and personal service! You will have an interest in Scandi culture and working for a growing family business. As a person you will be attentive, fast on your feet, able to multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment.
Our aim is that every customer leaves happy - providing perfect taste in combination with conversation, even if it is only for a few seconds. During service, you prefer a fast pace and to work efficiently, but have no problem keeping busy during quieter times.
Your experience:
We would like to see that you have a couple of years of experience of full-time / part-time work in the restaurant / café industry so you understand what it means to work with service and thrive in the industry. You also have experience from busy environments and enjoy having a lot to do.

Experience of restaurant / café is a preferred for being able to work in our team, but we will of course also train you according to our own barista/ staff training programme.

About the terms of employment
We are looking for both full-time & part-time staff who can work with a flexible rota. Salary according to experience. The positions must be filled as soon as possible, so interviews and employment take place on an ongoing basis.
The employment starts with a probationary period of six months.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week
Salary: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
