Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for CAD Technicians. Based in Expleo offices, you will be assigned to a major new defence project, where your skills will be developed within mechanical engineering and 2D CAD draughting.

We have an exciting opportunity for CAD Technicians. Based in Expleo offices, you will be assigned to a major new defence project, where your skills will be developed within mechanical engineering and 2D CAD draughting.
You will be rotated between work streams on approximately a six monthly basis to develop your engineering skills, such that after 2 years you will be ready to board to Senior Technician, with a potential progress to Engineer for the right candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Interfacing with UK based Team to understand technical issues / specifications and requirements
- Producing manufacturing drawings and releasing data following specific processes
- Producing quality while keeping within project budgets & time constraints and potentially changing requirements
- Apply correct processes, specifications procedures & techniques working with support from specialist teams

- Engineering Change
- Integration
Recognising the restricted nature of the work, suitable candidates will need the following:
- UK National
- Minimum BPSS, SC Clearance will be required
