About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team in the role of CAD Designer based at our Swineshead Depot, Boston.

Initial Responsibilities
· Produce engineering drawings for internal and external manufacture.
· Produce accurate bills of materials.
· Manage projects from inception to completion.
· Produce project specification.
· Project quoting for Product Specialists.
· Ensure projects are completed within specified time frame and budget.
Requirements
· 3D CAD design and understanding of PLM software – ideally Siemens NX and Teamcenter.
· Engineering qualification (minimum HND).
· Good sense of humour.
· Outgoing, open personality.
· Interest in agriculture (not essential).
· Ability to work under tight time constraints and pressure.
· Ability to work as part of a team or on an individual basis.
· Strong project management and planning skills.
· Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
· To have resilience and to be able to maintain a positive outlook.
· The ability to positively communicate with colleagues at all levels and outside bodies.
· Pragmatic thinker and solutions orientated.
· To be able to prioritise tasks & workload in priority order through effective time management.
