What we are looking for
Ronbow is seeking a Cabinet Shop Technician Lead with CNC operator experience. We're looking for a dedicated individual who always shows up for work on time and who thrives in a team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, very organized, capable of reading cut lists, plans and schematics correctly prior to assembly. Ability to read and write in English and label parts accurately. Has a working knowledge of the use of wood working tools and techniques, and the ability to acquire tools. Has a working knowledge of cabinet making with an emphasis on frameless cabinetry. Able to prioritize tasks and communicate to others the priorities. High level of detail is perfect for this position.
Shop Technician / CNC Operator Responsibilities:
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Rich experience with cabinet shop machines such as edge bander, CNC router, saws etc.
- Knowledge of CNC machines, PLC, popular controller Woodwop, Bsolid etc.
- Operate woodworking equipment and assist with woodworking projects as needed.
- Maintain and organize woodworking tools and supplies.
- Ensure the woodworking shop is clean and organized, including sweeping floors, dusting equipment, and removing debris.
- Assist with the development and implementation of woodworking projects and curricula.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in woodworking, woodworking equipment maintenance and repair, and/or related fields.
- Knowledge of woodworking techniques and equipment, including table saws, CNC, sanders, and edgebander.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and repair woodworking equipment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to frequently move, lift, carry, push, or pull weight up to 50 lbs. unassisted and occasionally lift/move items greater than 50 lbs. with assistance
- Ability to continuously stand or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to work in a noisy environment
- Ability to work in a dusty environment
- Frequently use fingers or hands to grasp, clamp, move, and handle objects
- Frequently squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, turn, pivot, and reach

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
