Cabin Crew - Permanent Position
Salary: £23846 + Duty Pay

Based at RAF Brize Norton in the heart of the Cotswolds, we are proud to provide unparalleled support to the RAF and armed forces, whilst supporting a growing Leasing business serving customers worldwide.
We currently have opportunities to join our Cabin Crew team on a permanent contract basis, who are responsible for operating the South Atlantic Airbridge, which provides a vital connection between the UK and the Falkland Islands.
The route takes our cabin crew more than 7,900 miles from RAF Brize Norton to the Falkland Islands, carrying a range of customers including both military & civilian personnel, where we aspire to deliver the highest levels of customer care. We also operate flights to a variety of worldwide destinations to support our Leasing business and military commitments.

The Individual
- Be aged 18 or over at time of application
- All candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK unrestricted
- If you have applied for the Role of Cabin Crew with AirTanker in the past six months then you are no eligible to apply on this occasion
- Minimum height of 158cm (5ft 2 in)
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English to follow instruction & training
- Applicants must be able to swim 25 metres
- Hold a valid passport (with a minimum of 12 months validity) with unrestricted right to live and work in the UK with no additional limitations on travel
- Display a good level of overall health to hold and maintain a UK Civil Aviation Authority cabin crew aero medical report
- 12 months previous experience within an airline environment or customer service industry
- Be vaccinated / willing to be vaccinated in line with company requirements
- If you have previous cabin crew experience, we will require evidence if an attestation was held in the last 5 years
- Work to the highest standards in terms of operational safety, security and health and safety Responsibilities

- Work effectively as a supportive team member and demonstrate a flexible, positive approach to tasks

- Be willing and able to spend extended periods of time away from base, demonstrating both flexibility and reliability

Additional Information
Due to the nature of the organisation, all AirTanker employees are required to be security cleared to SC level. If successful in your application, we would support you with the SC process. As a guideline only, you would normally need to have been a UK resident for the last 5 consecutive years. Further confirmation can be found on the National Security Vetting (NSV) website https://www.gov.uk/security-vetting-and-clearance.
If you have not been a UK resident for the last 5 consecutive years, please be prepared to request an Overseas Criminal Records Check for these countries as you will be asked to provide this for referencing and security checks if you are successful. All prospective employees of AirTanker, specifically those who apply for safety sensitive roles, will be subject to pre-employment/ pre-commencement drug and alcohol testing.
