A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE
A Product Merchandiser Admin Assistant is someone who knows how to help support the Product Merchandiser and the wider product merchandising team. With sample management and admin support being at the top of the priority list. Also supporting Product Merchandiser to build, select and deliver a strong range, test and trial, trade in season and drive growth in all our different markets.
You’ll need to be a total people person who enjoys working with lots of different teams across our business. The Product Merchandiser Admin Assistant will work collaboratively with our super creative Designers to deliver beautiful product, our Planners to make sure we’ve got our numbers right, our PD to book the product and our Marketing teams on the next big idea.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Help support the Product Merchandiser to select and manage our womenswear range, balancing creative and commercial goals- Understand trend analysis to recommend translating trend to commercial big ideas, identifying the next big thing
- Support developing our assortment and pricing strategies
- Partner closely with our Design and Marketing teams for all our channels
- Track competitive product information, selling prices, size of range, newness weekly/seasonally and product launches, making relevant recommendations to the Product Merchandiser
- Be able to analyse sales and trade, identifying opportunities and where we can mitigate risks
- Understand product attributes to analyse ranges
- Partner closely with PD to support Product Merchandiser with preparation for meetings and organisation of product.
THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Excellent product sensibility with a strong affinity for womenwear product- Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- High degree of organizing with particular attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical skills
- Resourceful, efficient and takes initiative
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
