Job description
BUTCHER
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled, experienced butcher to join our busy team in our Farm Shop Butchery. A minimum of 2 years experience
Roves Farm rears all its own Pork, Beef and Lamb, so you must be comfortable breaking down carcasses and making sausages and burgers
· You must be able to order sundries, cost out products, cut to retail pack sizes and work in a clean and methodical manner.
· You must be able to work well independently, as part of a team and have excellent customer service skills.
· Keep accurate records and meet all HAACP requirements.
· We are looking for someone to showcase their skills, is out going and comfortable working on their own.
· Have excellent communication skills and be customer focused.
Salary will depend on level of experience, from £27,000
Hours: 9am-5.00pm, 5 days per week but will include 1 weekend day
You must have your own transport, there are no buses.
We close between December 24th and January 2nd, so you will always have Christmas off.
