Job description
We are a wholesale retail Butchers based in Appleshaw on the outskirts of Andover who process and cut English and New Zealand Lamb for a large supplier base including many Blue-chip companies.
We are always keen to strengthen our butchery team so are looking for new talent to join our Retail or Primal butchery departments.
With previous knife skills/butchery experience, we are looking for someone who has the ability to produce high quality products and work at pace. Good basic rates of pay depending on experience and skills demonstrated. Intermediate skilled butchers are paid approximately £11.75 per hour, with higher skilled butchers earning around £13.00 per hour. For those working on the Primal line there is a production bonus related pay scheme.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7.00am to 5.00pm, with overtime available on Saturdays between 7.00am to 12 noon.
