Part time Business Travel Consultant - 1 Evening and 1 Weekend day. Home-based.
Salary is approx £15,700 FTE £33,500
Travel Consultants - duties
-Offer first class customer service at all times.
-Provide a variety of quotations to clients without favouring any particular airline/supplier using Amadeus
-Deal with emergency calls and situations for clients as and when they arise.
-Work closely with both Ticketing and Finance to ensure reservations/tickets are issued without any problems.
-Meet and exceed personal objectives in line with company KPIs and account SLAs.
