Job Description


This Business Transformation Analyst role is an excellent opportunity to get your teeth stuck into a FTSE 100 company. You will be exposed to various aspects of our leading retail business, and be a key part of our internal growth. You will have the opportunity to partner with our experienced team members and heads of departments and projects to learn more about the business and contribute to project work. This job is true ‘on the job’ development, with responsibility being given for high profile work from day one.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Business Transformation activities
  • Assisting on delivery of projects or initiatives
  • Running projects with oversight
  • Running business analysis on departments, problems, risks or projects within the business

This role is based on site Monday to Friday


Qualifications
  • Preferred – Retail, E-commerce, or B2C business experience or an interest in these business types
  • Preferred - Degree level of Education
  • Preferred – Consulting, Project management experience

Experience

  • Preferred – Consultancy, project management or B2C business experience
  • Essential – experienced in using Powerpoint or Excel, ability to deliver concise presentations on complex topics
  • Essential – strong presentation skills in front of a wide range of audiences
  • Scientific attitude: caring about evidence and willingness to change beliefs
  • Understand how to use negotiation skills and influence people
  • Ability to narrow in on problems quickly and present mitigating actions in a succinct manner
  • Preferred – Interest or experience in Lean thinking methodologies
  • Commercially aware
  • Experience working in teams
