Job description
Duties:- Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory- Manage office budgets and expenses- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence- Organize and maintain physical and digital files- Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members- Provide administrative support to executive team as neededQualifications:- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferredWe offer competitive compensation, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
