The FS Operations Sales Associate Manager/Specialist will support the sales capture lead in sales / RFP processes across the FS industry. The will involve sales support activities at all stages of the cycle: origination, RFP and closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting the direction of RFPs/RFIs in collaboration with the sales lead i.e. by creating deal closure plans from scratch
- Owning end-to-end bid management activities internally for Accenture approvals: ensuring all required meetings take place, ensuring BD budget is correct and ensuring that systems (i.e. QA tool, MMS) are regularly updated
- Collaborating with and driving the Accenture sales team as a key programme manager of RFIs and RFPs
- Collaborating with the client PMO counterparts on bid management activities
- Assisting in and driving the preparing of materials for client workshops and steering committees
- Working collaboratively with the sales lead and the BPO solution arch’s on commercials and inputting into costing and pricing (i.e. creating the price to win)
- Creating/supporting high level business cases for RFIs
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales Support, Solutioning, Sales Pipeline / Deal Management, or closely related Global Delivery client-facing role
- Experience in Business Process Outsourcing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sales or as a business consultant in a client-facing capacity.
- Previous experience working with offshore teams
- Experience with common tools utilized by Accenture sales teams (MMS, QA SWB)
- Self-motivated and ability to work with remote resources and teams
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem solving, analysis, and design skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Commercial acumen and understanding of Accenture financials
- Strong communication skills and experienced in communication at executive level
- Fluent English.
