Position Title: Business Processes Analyst
Duration: 13 Month Rolling Contract
£23.00 per hour - Inside IR35 - Umbrella Rate
Location: Gaydon
Position Description:
The role is responsible for supporting the generation of workload demand based on defined planning profiles - providing insight into demand vs capacity, working closely with HR to identify requirements going forward.
- Supporting the recruitment process, being a key link between managers, recruitment and H.R. to ensure an optimised recruitment process.
- Ensuring accuracy of our headcount information is critical therefore, this role will be responsible for headcount reporting including maintaining up to date organisation charts, recruitment status and overtime reporting.
- Alignment of various headcount systems including SAP
- Dealing with ad hoc requests for reports.
Skills Required:
- Able to interrogate and analyse data.
- Attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong stakeholder management

Experience Preferred:
- Data Visualisation/Reporting e.g. Tableau.
- An enthusiastic self-motivated team player who is flexible in their approach to work and has the necessary drive to see tasks through to completion against set targets.
- Ability to work at all levels, in terms of daily contact with Senior Execs and management in Design and other corporate functions.
