Salary: Excellent basic salary plus commission and Vodafone benefits
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What you’ll do
Lead wide breadth of sales acceleration programmes for Corporate Business to grow pipeline, increase revenue and improve sales culture.- Programme manage all sales transformation projects to ensure ongoing consistency in goal definition and measurement between cross-functional teams (marketing, service, CVM, demand gen etc)’ and the sales organization.
- Lead wider team events and deliver creative solutions to clearly communicate business insights, engaging with sales to motivate a growth mindset.
- Drive close engagement with marketing through leading the Customer Engagement framework and delivering regular employee communications to the Corporate Business Segment.
- Create strategic customer insights, market trends and opportunity landscapes collaborating with sales heads and utilizing secondary research
Who you are
Experience in driving sales programs, transformation projects collaborating with stakeholders across finance, delivery, service, sales, marketing functions.- Simple, clear and effective communicator at all levels up to Director level
- Significant influence and gravitas
- Resilience to excel in a high pressure environment
- Ability to understand and interpret complex, unstructured and conflicting data and convert to actionable insight for Sales Leaders
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge of MS suite
- Clear evidence of success in a Business operations, Sales programs or Commercial or Finance business partnering role
- Project management – Prince 2, ITIL or equivalent
- Knowledge of Power BI, Qlik sense or equivalent preferred
