Job description
You'll lead and manage the Business Operations team, ensuring processes are running smoothly and efficiently, and streamlining them where possible. We're undergoing a period of transformation, so your experience working on a variety of HR/People and Administrative related projects will likely come in particularly useful.
Key Accountabilities
- Participating in the creation, documentation and management of end-to- end employee lifecycle HR processes from onboarding to exit interviews
- Responsible for building SOP’s for the group; ensuring we have clearly documented procedures for all tasks within the function, updating as appropriate, including “how to” guides for field/line managers.
- Co-ordinate new line manager HR System overviews with the team with a vision to automate
- Produce monthly KPI’s on behalf of the HR Services team with asssessing, influencing, driving SOPs, KPIs, and quality management through data analytics
- Set day-to-day operational objectives for the team and managing delivery to ensure achievement of operational excellence
- Responsible for all travel arrangements, logistics, protocol, fleet queries and partner relationship with our outsourced provider
- Work with internal stakeholders on Ad-hoc projects
- Streamline and automate processes where possible
- Operate as a point of escalation for the resolution of complex issues
- Delivering key projects working in conjunction with the wider HR function management of processes
- Main point of liaison with the Payroll Team to ensure cross - functional collaboration

· Excellent organisation skills ensuring appropriate employment and legal procedures are in place and adhered to.

· Good planning skills enabling achievement of multiple priorities within agreed timescales.
· Excellent IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
