Amazon is looking for an exceptional HR Business Operations Manager to join the Healthcare HR team.

The Team: Be a part of the HR team focused on our emerging healthcare business. This includes working with Amazon Pharmacy, Amazon Clinic, as well as the the central Tech and Business teams working to grow Amazon's suite of healthcare businesses. The Role: You work closely with the Healthcare HR leader and own business and HR-facing rhythm of business mechanisms, the talent framework and related processes, HR operations and special projects / new program development across Healthcare HR. The role requires innovative thinking balanced with a strong customer and operational focus and the ability to deal with ambiguity. You will need to develop HR processes, leveraging the best and creating the rest. High judgement, ability to influence, analytical ability and exceptional communication skills are essential to success in this role.

Seattle, WA, USA

  • MBA or MS in HR Management preferred
  • Experience in a BizOps or Chief of Staff role
  • Experience in an HR Business Partner role
  • Experience working with both Operations and Corporate teams
  • Prior experience working in healthcare environment
  • Demonstrated program ownership and consistent delivery on commitments - great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Collaborative, yet influential; a strong negotiator who speaks with conviction while also willing to flex and compromise to create the best solution for customers and business needs
  • Customer service orientation with ability to serve multiple customers and deliver an excellent employee experience
  • Experience identifying and resolving complex issues, operates effectively in unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances - solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $100,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $187,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
