Duties
- Manages a business of Gear to Go Rental Center.
- Supervises assigned staff. Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures.
- Represents the activity to the public. Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements.
- Develops budgetary data. Evaluates financial statements, reviewing costs against revenues, advising supervisor of status and recommending improvements in merchandise lines, marketing, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Must meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.

- Work hours may include weekends, and holidays.
- A one-year supervisory probationary period may be required as well as any additional required for position.
Qualifications
Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed.
Applicants meeting the following will be considered Highly Preferred:
3+ years in Customer Service and Business management experience
At least 2 years of budgeting for MWR Programs
