Job description

Duties

  • Manages a business of Gear to Go Rental Center.
  • Supervises assigned staff. Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures.
  • Represents the activity to the public. Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements.
  • Develops budgetary data. Evaluates financial statements, reviewing costs against revenues, advising supervisor of status and recommending improvements in merchandise lines, marketing, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
  • Must meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
  • Work hours may include weekends, and holidays.
  • A one-year supervisory probationary period may be required as well as any additional required for position.

Qualifications

Qualification Requirements are:

Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed.

Applicants meeting the following will be considered Highly Preferred:

3+ years in Customer Service and Business management experience
At least 2 years of budgeting for MWR Programs
