Job description
Our Business Managers lead teams of Employment Advisers, Employment Skills Trainers, and Local Recruitment Consultants in the provision of services to support jobseekers into employment. They manage the performance, productivity, and wellbeing of their teams, supporting through observation, coaching and development. They also ensure the smooth running and productive dynamics of the team by acting as a lynchpin between all key roles involved in the customer journey towards sustained employment.
What we are looking for:
You will need to demonstrate high ethical standards, take personal accountability for everything you do, and always want to be the best. You will need to demonstrate a track record of working towards and achieving targets and have experience of people management, including supporting, mentoring, and developing team members. You must have excellent people management, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to analyse individual and team performance, identify remedial actions, and work with colleagues and staff to implement improvements. A good understanding of the support required to help people into sustainable employment is essential along with the ability to work well as part of a team, with a flexible and innovative approach to work.
