Job description
- Supporting the Associate Director and Deputy Associate Director with the financial delivery of the service
- To lead on ensuring that the service works as a continuous improvement model to deliver improvement programmes, such as QIPP, or in response to changing national requirements, local commissioner priorities
- Leadership and coordination of staff, service delivery and reporting including development and implementation of data collection systems, providing accurate performance management and activity reporting to advise of key themes/trends/issues
- To lead on the overall business assurance requirements for the AACC and IPA service, including reporting to support governance and assurance within the service, commissioners and NHSE
- Service redesign and working across teams/organisations across the service
- Working with the Senior Clinical and Non-clinical Managers to ensure delivery and compliance with key performance indicators and performance targets
- Demonstrating effective stakeholder management across different departments and stakeholders in the healthcare system and ensuring delivery against organisational objectives
- Demonstrating excellent analytical skills including information and research in business intelligence
- Organise, participate in and support workshops and other events when required
- To support work streams with research of NHS strategy and local, national and international best practice , including the establishment of reference sites
