This is a great opportunity for an experienced Manager, or an established Sales Professional looking for progression, ready to take on your first management opportunity.
The successful candidate will be:

- Familiar with the use of IT systems
- Will have proven experience working in the property industry, with a high level of competency of sales of the properties and property management

Key responsibilities of the role:
- To oversee the smooth running of the office, with all the processes and legalities of letting properties adhered to
- Be directly involved in identifying, generating, booking and undertaking property valuations, bringing property to the sales market and growing the property portfolio
- Undertaking accompanied viewings of prospective tenants and handling all aspects of sales of the property
- Leading and motivating the team and give appropriate support and guidance
- Deliver outstanding customer service, dealing with face-to-face, telephone and email enquiries for the office, maintaining excellent relationships with tenants and landlords
Here at Andrews you’ll be much more than a Manager. You will inspire and lead your team to achieve their potential and grow the business. As a Business Manager you will be responsible for the overall running and organization of all property sales and related operations within the branch.
The Business Manager must be the pacemaker, providing leadership through example, effective communication, motivating and training the staff so their potential is achieved and the business is driven forward and developed.
It’s a busy and dynamic role that will see you go above and beyond, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive experience whilst always looking ahead to see how the branch can operate even more efficiently.
