You will spend each day representing JPMSE Business Management (BM) Team on various initiatives, ensuring BM interests are reflected and addressed.
Job Responsibilities
- Support London Branch governance and SMF requirements
- Direct ongoing cross-functional activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on various branch and front office initiatives, remediation and action plans including adherence to new/changing regulations
- Own preparation of presentations and reporting to senior management, committees and working groups, including the underlying analysis and syndication with the relevant stakeholders
- As required, write procedures, communications and meeting minutes as well as organizing and (occasionally) providing training
- Assist with day-to-day tasks assigned to the team as part of monitoring, control and remediation efforts
- Represent the JPMSE Business Management (BM) Team on various initiatives, ensuring BM interests are reflected and addressed.
- Work with the wider JPMSE/EMEA/IPB Business Management (BM) Teams to ensure the sharing of best practice and coherence across the various legal entities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, problem solving and analytical skills

- Thrives in a fast-paced environments and can quickly adjust to change (e.g. new priorities, urgent requests etc.)
- Ability to develop effective partnerships with key business partners, including Business, Control functions, Support teams, Technology and Operations
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task while handling confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office - specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Ability to translate technical data and information into business reports and presentations
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills and an ability to articulate in both verbal and written presentations to colleagues at all levels across functions
- Experience within a Financial Services environment preferably Private Banking/Wealth Management or Asset Management
- Previous experience in Business Management, Control Management, and/or Project Management preferred
