We are excited to announce we are now receiving applications for our Graduate Programme in London, which will begin this summer. If you're passionate about the business world and eager to take your first step into it, we encourage you to apply. During the 18-month programme, you will gain valuable experience in various aspects of the operational management world while working with a team of skilled individuals. Business leaders will mentor and support you, and you'll be involved in exciting projects throughout the programme.
The programme consists of two placement rotations. In the first six months, you'll work in core departments such as Client Services, Marketing & Sales, and operational management. During the following 12 months, you'll work alongside experienced Senior Managers and specialists, where you will take more of a leadership role. You'll be responsible for training and managing a small team of your own and undertake a lot of one-on-one training into finance, recruitment, admin, CRM and other back end operations.
We welcomes applications from graduates of all backgrounds who demonstrate a genuine passion for business, preferably with knowledge of the industry and market or prior experience in through academic projects or extra curriculum activities. The ideal candidate is ambitious, motivated, creative, and able to tackle challenges, with a flair for business and sales. A completed university degree within the past two years is preferred.

What type of things will I be doing?
- Developing a deep understanding of the business's operations, processes, and strategy.
- Supporting senior management in analysing market trends and conducting research.
- Developing and implementing new business initiatives and projects.
- Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to achieve company goals.
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Please note - this is a full-time, on-site position, specifically based in the City of London.

Salary: £25,406.85-£28,738.51 per year
