You will work in close collaboration with the business management and cross functional teams to provide insights and influence commercial direction and your responsibilities will include the following:
- Develop and deliver strategic recommendations on brand strategy and business intelligence plans.
- Sales performance reporting, primary market research, forecasting, scenario planning and KPI tracking.
- Deliver clear business insights, reporting and analysis of data at the agreed frequency for business decisions, monthly performance reviews (MPR) and business planning.
- Drive Sales Force Effectiveness analytics and reporting e.g. activity, bonus schemes, efficient territory deployment to support achievement of sales strategy.
- Partner with the finance and business management teams to ensure sales forecasting is delivered in line with financial calendars and timelines.
- Business/Science Degree, or relevant Business Insights qualification
- Substantial experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology Industry or Agency within the related industry
- Knowledge of ABPI and IPHA Codes required
- Experience in performance reporting, primary market research, omnichannel analytics, forecasting, scenario planning and KPI tracking
- Experience of working with automated BI / data management systems e.g. Power BI
- In-depth knowledge and efficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, BI Solutions, warehousing databases and CRM systems e.g. Veeva
