Role: Business Insights Analyst (Insights) – Interim Role
Role based in: Chiswick Park
About the role
The Business Insights Analyst will report into the Business Insight Manager or Head of Analytics. This is a multi-faceted and hands-on role, requiring an ability to comfortably jump between detail and strategic thinking and provide support to ensure the business is focussing on the right numbers.
This role will require you to achieve results through others, such as our agency partners or our remote reporting function, so it is important that you are passionate about motivating and influencing others. Another key part of the role will be developing relationships within the Insights team and wider UK&I organisation.
This is an exciting, fast-paced role dealing with multiple demands. You will need to have excellent organisation and effective prioritisation skills, as well as being highly numerate and able to create impactful narratives from complex data.
Key accountabilities
  • You will work across multiple data sources to update and refresh key business tools in PowerBi, Excel and Powerpoint
  • You will support the Analytics team in responding to critical commercial questions from stakeholders from the UK&I region
  • You will ensure smooth and timely delivery of key databases whilst working with our off shore partners
  • You will support briefs and work with our agency partners to manage the workload, create strategic presentations and participate in the delivery of these presentations.
  • You will assist with day-to-day queries from the wider pladis community, leveraging software usage and supporting on a range of analytic queries.

Location and Salary
This role will be based at pladis’ brand new global head office at the beautiful Chiswick Park, which comprises of 1.8 million sq ft of award-winning accommodation and over 45,000 sq ft
of retail including the on-site Virgin Active gym, restaurants, convenience stores and an ever-changing array of pop-up traders and street-food vendors.
