As a member of our Business Insights Team, you will help provide our customers with the KPIs and insights to make these decisions.
Your Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights.
- Create dashboards and visual interactive reports using Power BI and other tools.
- Identify KPIs with clear objectives and monitor them consistently.
- Analyse data and present it through reports that can help in decision-making.
- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform efficient detailed analysis.
- Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI.
- Create charts and document data with algorithms, parameters, models, and relations explanations.
- Perform SQL querying for best results.
- Use filters and graphs for a better understanding of the data.
- Define and design new systems by analyzing current ETL processes.
- Meet regularly with internal and external stakeholders to create and design new reports and optimize existing reports.
Our Ideal Candidate
You would like you to have experience in reporting development and analysis.
You will be highly analytical and accurate with the ability to work in a very fast paced environment and comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative data. Your knowledge of database fundamentals such as multidimensional database design, relational database design will be key to your success in this role.
Being a confident communicator means you are comfortable at communicating complex analysis to all audiences in a compelling manner whilst building credibility through knowledge and expertise
We would love to you have experience using Alterex and you will have strong skills in Excel with experience building and running SQL queries.
