Do you love using data to tell a story? We are looking for a smart, driven Business Insight Analyst for our award-winning market leading insurer.
Location: Remote with occasional to Northampton office
Salary: up to £35k
Hours: 37.5hours, Mon to Fri

We’ve been selling award-winning insurance products and services since 2004 and we have an exciting portfolio of market leading brands including Staysure, Avanti, Paying Too Much, Petsure, ROCK and the newest addition WAPP!

The Role
Staysure Group has achieved phenomenal growth since its first brand, Staysure, launched in 2004 but now as the group continues to grow and diversify, you will play a key role in helping the business draw its data together, and produce insights that drive real decisions impacting thousands of customers.
What you will bring to the team
You will be tenacious in achieving and maintaining high quality data and comfortable in proposing and developing solutions to tricky problems. You should have high numeracy and a demonstrable track record of analysing data and presenting data-driven insights. Experience working with visualisation tools such as Tableau will be a big bonus but is not a fundamental requirement.
- Highly numerate and data literate.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical detail to a non-technical audience.
- Some experience with Tableau or a similar data visualisation tool.
- SQL skills not required but some experience would be a bonus.
- Experience in an insurance or other financial services environment desirable
