During your time in the programme, you will rotate through different departments, including finance, marketing, human resources, operations, and more. You will have the opportunity to work on real projects, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the growth and success of the organisation.

You will also receive regular feedback and support from experienced professionals who will guide you through your journey. Through a combination of classroom training, online learning and hands-on experience, you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in a business environment.

At the end of the programme, you will have the opportunity to take on a full-time role in the department of your choice, based on your interests and career goals. You will also have the opportunity to network with professionals in your field, and make connections that will help you throughout your career.

What you will be doing:

  • Assisting with the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change.
  • Participating in the planning and execution of projects to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinating and communicating with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Managing schedules and workflow to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Assisting with the training and development of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Collaborating with other managers to identify and implement strategies for growth and success.

This is an on-site position, which is specifically based in Belfast.

Salary: From £26,752.52 per year
