Your dream role:

  • We’ve an exciting opportunity to join our rotational business graduate programme, based in Larbert (X3 roles).
  • Working closely with senior management, you’ll support and lead on strategically important projects.
  • Over the two years, you’ll complete four functional placements. The range of initiatives are endless, but we try to provide a well-rounded experience with exposure to a placement in each of the following:
    • Customer and or demand focused: Here you might be helping us seek out new markets, mange the pricing and tender process, or lead on marketing campaigns.
    • Supply Chain and/or Procurement: Here you might be sourcing new suppliers or helping us improve the efficiency of our complex global supply chains.
    • Operations and/or Aftermarket: You might be in production, helping us to build our products more efficiently, or you might be helping us understand aftermarket data to allow us to make better decisions.
    • Business Support and/or Engineering: Here you might be looking at our multi-year Programmes or helping us balance supply and demand. You could be assisting with Facilities or Engineering to allow them to deliver projects at pace.
  • Functional blocks are usually six months each, but occasionally you’ll be asked stay longer to complete a project.
  • You’ll have set objectives at the start of each placement, with a review at the end and the opportunity to progress salary wise.

What you will bring:

  • Recently degree qualified. We don’t mind in what field, as long as you’re intellectually curious and highly motivated to succeed.
  • You’ll have excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels of seniority.
  • Pragmatic and creative, you’ll enjoy challenging the status quo – bringing a fresh perspective and new ideas to the table.
  • Numerical, analytical and comfortable working with data.
  • Things can get hectic. You will remain calm under pressure and have the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • You won’t be afraid of a hands-on, busy role which will be challenging and stretch you to achieve high performance.
  • It’s important that you are able to work in ambiguous situations, under your own initiative.
  • Finally, you’ll be flexible and agile to shift priorities in line with business needs.
