What you’ll be doing as a Business Excellence Manager
- Giving day to day guidance and direction to every department, being present and leading from the front
- Ensuring that every guest experiences a safe visit, exceeding all expectations surrounding cleanliness and brand and company service standards
- Coaching, mentoring and nurturing your team with a trusting approach - creating a sense of belonging and commitment among employees to ensure their commitment to delivering outstanding service
- Getting to know your customers and using your relationships to offer suggestions to enhance their experiences
- Working closely with your Area General Manager to support financial reporting, strategy planning and business development opportunities.

- Previous experience in a branded hotel environment and in delivering hotel and brand performance metrics
