Position: Business Development Manager Trainee – Packaging
Salary: £DOE + Commission
This is a trainee Business Development Manager role for a Packaging distributor. You will be expected to work alongside and assist the Area Sales Manager in managing and upselling Packaging products to existing customers, find prospects and win new business within your defined geographical area.
You will aim to learn from the Area Sales Manager, support and work alongside this individual in order to exceed sales and margin targets, and identify category gaps, set objectives, and successfully secure new sales to existing customers to maximise average drop value.
