Planisware UK is a global provider of software solutions for project portfolio management. We have 12 offices globally and we work with the likes of GSK, AstraZeneca and Martin Baker to bring life changing innovations. Our solutions are recognized as an industry market leader by Gartner, Forrester and IDC.
Over the past 18 months we’ve grown from a team of 4 to 20 and we’re looking to hire a BDR due to continued success. We’re looking for a BDR to join us on a full time, permanent basis. We have a fantastic team here in MediaCityUK and we’re looking for the next generation of talent to join us.

What you'll do
You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with potential customers. You will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by working closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into customers.
You will be:
- Conducting outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads and follow up with them in a timely manner.
- Build relationships with potential customers and understand their business needs.
- Communicate the value proposition of our software to potential customers.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and demos with the sales and pre-sales teams.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in our CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and qualification.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Who are we looking for?
- You’re collaborative and can communicate across departments, you’re curious with a keen eye for detail.
- You’ll want to make it your mission to know our software inside and out and have fantastic communication and storytelling skills to share that knowledge in a way that innovates and inspires
- Ideally you will have a minimum 1-2 years’ experience working within a SaaS SDR or BDR role
- You’re committed to ongoing learning and development.
- You have an education in technology/software or have experience working with technology/software in your previous company.
- You’re organised, a great multi-tasker and you can learn quickly.
- Ideally you will have knowledge of portfolio and project management.
- Familiar with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce
