Business Development Manager, Skincare & Beauty, FMCG, £35,000 basic + Uncapped Commission OTE £70,000. Remote working + Excellent training + benefits.
This exciting sales role is working for a well known specialist manufacturer of skincare and health & beauty products. This major success story regularly appears on television screens across the world and they are a globally known brand.
This is an incredibly rare opportunity to enter the beauty/FMCG industry without needing any previous industry sales experience. Unusually, to apply for this role you do NOT need any specific industry sales experience and it is all about your approach to business development and client relationship management.
You can be from any sales background but you must have a strong track record in business development and be a motivated self starter.
It goes without saying, this is a brand that you will want on your CV and in this role you will be working with national retail chains at head office level, selling skincare products into well known high street stores, and you will gain quick commercial exposure that will set you up for your successful sales career.
This is a client facing sales role that requires an excellent communicator and someone who is happy building strong relationships with clients, going out to lunches/dinners and nurturing clients.
During your initial training months, you will not be expected to make sales and you will be fully supported as you begin to become client facing.
