Job description
You will sell the range of remote monitoring products. This is driven by a range of bespoke sensors placed within a property which allows vital live data to be fed back to the landlord. The areas it monitors is temperature and humidity within a building to first detect mould & damp issues, but the product is also able to detect faults and the performance levels of the Heating system / Boiler via remote analysis. This will notify the landlord if the boiler is running efficiently and at full capacity which will make it cost effective. The role will be selling into RSL’s – examples such as Fusion 21, Clarion Housing, Belief Housing, Burnley Council, plus the attached Contractors. The company also have agreements with TP, City Plumbing, Huws Gray. The area you will manage is the North of England which can be tailored around your location.

You will understand the sales process and be able to manage different situations and scenarios as & when they arise. (cold calling, relationship building, negotiation, account management, asking for the order etc) You don’t need to come from a related background, just be comfortable presenting in front of people.
