This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales and marketing team working with industry and cultural and government organisations across the UK, protecting and showcasing their archives and cultural heritage. From scanning and safeguarding to data capture, our vision is to ensure that archival collections can thrive in a digital world. Amongst a truly valued clientbase you will find the likes of Diageo, Bank of England, Unilever, Marks & Spencer, Sandhurst Military Academy, and National Museums of Scotland, who have all trusted TWA in securing solutions for their physical, digital and born-digital collections.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Working closely with our Chief Operating Officer and other key stakeholders, you will leverage market and customer intelligence to help reach objectives. You will also create and implement a sales strategy and tactical plan for the UK, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
You’ll learn quickly, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our products and building a strong customer base to help develop the sales pipeline, with an emphasis on accuracy, data analysis and excellent prioritisation.
Furthermore, you’ll maintain excellent relationships with existing customer organisations, building long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders to support negotiation and close business. You’ll facilitate building new customer relationships and developing existing ones to continue to grow the customer base.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL NEED
- To be a strong team player with the ability to build effective relationships
- Be well organised, with good prioritisation and problem-solving skills
- Be able to work well under pressure and to deadlines
- Have excellent strategic decision-making skills
- Demonstrable success in a sales role and in negotiating large and complex deals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Commercial awareness and a strong financial understanding
- Excellent consultative sales and networking skills
- Flexibility to travel 35-40% of the time (UK with options for overseas).

Based: Kettering/Hybrid (required to visit HQ one-two days a week)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Bonus: Uncapped (on average 15-20% of salary)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Full time
Start date: As soon as possible
Holiday: 21 days plus bank holidays (increasing for years service)
