Job description
We are searching for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, preferably within the construction industry, particularly in selling bathrooms or similar products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities and increase company revenue.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Brainstorm with the marketing team to create new marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Analyse market trends and develop insights to guide the company's development strategies.
- Attending trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience as a Business Development Manager or a similar role.
- Have a proven track record in business development and customer account management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are a must.
- Knowledge of the construction industry, particularly in selling bathrooms or similar products, is preferred.
- Personal transportation required for occasional business travel.
- Self-motivated and target driven individual with the ability to work under pressure.
