They will create, mature and close continued sales opportunities and convert those sales into ongoing client success.Primary interfaces include Members of the WTP Sales and Marketing team(s) and Operational team(s). Also interfaces regularly with the relevant Accident & Health functional leaders in the Zurich corporate office.· Achieve 100% of the new business sales targets with the aim to exceed them.· Ability to identify, drive, negotiate and close opportunities within reasonable timeframe.· Effectively manage the sales’ cycle process and, when required, the account management process.· Maximise cross and up-sell opportunities with existing clients when applicable.· Maximise business development opportunities with new clients across borders internationally.· Ensure all reports are completed and submitted on time including timely and accurate reporting of all major opportunities and issues arising from clients.· Ensure the chosen CRM information tool is updated every week and the forecast section is accurate, and the campaigns are properly identified.· Develop and maintain a sales pipeline for new business and extension opportunities for TRM and consulting services.· Develop and implement strategic New Business and Account Management Plans for key clients and prospects.· Attend all relevant clients or industry events, tend to the booth and/or present when required, be available to ensure that at least 80% of the time is spent on clients’ facing and/or clients’ requests.· Targets and other sales incentives shall be provided in a separate document.Skills & Experience RequiredŸ Sales or Marketing qualifications preferred (bachelor or master) or at least 10 years of professional experience with 5 years of sales’ experience ideally in TRM, risk, brokerage, insurance, security and/or safety services.Ÿ A demonstrated network comprising of HR, Compensation/Benefits, Medical, Security, Safety, Risk, etc., decision-makers with demonstrated knowledge in successful sales to them.Ÿ English and ideally fluency a second European language.Ÿ With very strong ‘hunter’ acumen, result-oriented with a high passion, drive and motivation as well as compassion as this is a people business.Ÿ Proven track record of overachievement of sales targets delivered both individually and demonstrated through a team.Ÿ A “doer” who is both comfortable operating within a team and autonomously with at times minimum support, and hands-on executive who likes to “roll the sleeves up” and get things done, as well as drive overall strategy.Ÿ Well-honed networking skills for externally and internally.Ÿ Enjoys attending clients’ / conference events and to present in front of an audience.Ÿ Ability to collaborate, co-operate and network effectively within a demanding, culturally diverse, matrix organisation. This includes building strong partnerships with medical and security professionals and operations experts.Ÿ Entrepreneurial.
