The Role:
Alexanders is one of the most highly recommended removal companies in London, and winners of the highly coveted ‘Domestic Mover of the Year’ for 2019 by The British Association of Removers.
With over 800 London house removals a year, from small studio flats to Nash mansions, Alexanders’ focus on being the best also extends to complex business relocations and business storage services, school removals and office removals and shipping.
We are recruiting a Marketing and Business Development Executive to join our expanding and friendly team. Our ideal candidate will have demonstratable marketing & direct sales experience preferably across b2b and b2c, ideally with self-store or removals experience, with great ability to build relationships and deliver excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities of the role:
- Executing end to end marketing programs Experience of campaigns across multiple channels with strategic direction.
- Manage a broad array of programs that deliver on time, on budget and at the highest possible level of marketing excellence.
- Independent, proactive with a can-do, and a problem-solving attitude.
- Solid social knowledge and awareness of how to get the best from the platforms, both to the
consumer and to the corporate
- Strong written & verbal communication abilities with experience in producing content marketing.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements, including the submission of tenders for large jobs.
- Implement the marketing and company sales plan.
Other responsibilities:
Responding to Incoming Sales Leads
Introduce the company and services via client visits/Sales Calls.
Track, qualify and follow up on all incoming sales leads.
Most follow up will be by phone with further follow up by email.
Manage up to 200+ leads / week.
Filtering the leads between smaller – larger properties, prioritizing larger leads and any with storage.
Salary: £25K to £30K DOE + OTE
Hours: Full Time Perm Mon to Fri
Location: North Acton, London
