Business Development Manager – Manchester -office based - up to £40,000 basic (depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission (£76,000 OTE)
Tech Sales/ Recruitment or HR experience desirable (not essential)
To support continued growth, this well-established recruitment technology business are looking for a positive, energetic Business Development Manager to join their close-knit team in Manchester.
The purpose of this role is to cold call, prospect, build relationships, conduct online demos and close business. The successful candidate will be a strong opener and closer.

To be considered for the role you will need the following:
- Proven new business experience
- Strong communication skills – both written and oral
- Technology, Recruitment / HR experience desirable, not essential
- Energetic, ambitious with a positive mindset
Job role/responsibilities:
- Cold calling and prospecting new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
