Business Development Manager
Simplicity is a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global automotive industry. We are proud to be the first and only auto-tool manufacturer in Mitcheldean! Simplicity is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Mitcheldean.
Responsibilities:
·Manage and grow business by developing relationships with new and existing customers, and new suppliers.
·Develop and execute strategy to achieve desired growth.
·Identify new opportunities to expand business in new markets.
·Manage sales process from prospecting to closing of deals.
·Work with sales team to ensure that customers are satisfied with the product offerings, pricing, etc.
·Work with customers to identify their needs, problems, and opportunities for improvement.
·Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, etc.)to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved.
·Report on business performance and key performance indicators (business development, revenue, etc.)to management.
Desired Experience:
·2-3 years of experience in manufacturing sales or related field.
·Strong negotiation skills.
·Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
·Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
·Ability to work independently with little supervision or as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £33,960.00-£50,000.00 per year
